Customer Experience Manager

Astra has over 10 years experience within the IT industry working with both MSPs and Software Vendors. Most recently she has been focused on Customer Experience and all that entails. From building CX teams from scratch to improving customer interactions, Astra has worked, managed and developed all teams within the CX Umbrella including; technical support, professional services and customer success. Improving a customer's process and journey through sales, implementation, onboarding, ongoing lifecycle and billing is a goal that Astra pursues regularly as Customer Experience Manager at LogicMonitor where she built the CX team from scratch.
